HOW DO I VIEW MY CHILDS PHOTOS BEFORE ORDERING?

We are a preorder based studio. We do not offer online proofing of images. There are no codes to enter or photos to see on the ordering website. All information will be filled in at checkout. This information is what we use to fulfill your order. If you are unhappy with your photos for any reason they can be returned for a full refund.

MY CHILD ALREADY HAD THEIR PHOTOS TAKEN CAN I ORDER THEM ONLINE?

Yes, you can order photos online at any time. However, if placing an order more than +4 days after the shoot your order will be considered a late order. There is a $5 shipping charge applied to late orders. Late orders will mailed directly to your home.

I ALREADY ORDERED PICTURES AND WOULD LIKE TO ORDER ADDITIONAL PRINTS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can place an additional order online or you can call our office at 248-355-9525 and we will be happy to take your order  over the phone with a credit card.

I want to order photos from past years. How long do you keep images on files

We keep images on file for 4 years. We can order past team and individual photos. Please call our office at 248-355-9525 and we can order out whatever you need.

What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm

What are your Privacy, Security, Refund and Shipping policies?

PRIVACY POLICY: We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Your information is used for identification and order completion purposes only.

SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. We use (SSL) software for all web transaction. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY:  We offer 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all products we offer. Please call customer service at 248-355-9525 within 30 days upon receiving your photos. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICIES: All orders that are shipped will be sent USPS. Shipping is up to two weeks from the date your order is charged and processed.
